Vision Inspection

Camera inspection systems can be used to inspect slat filling machines (New or existing equipment) to detect missing product, broken product and foreign objects. A reject system will trapacking incorrectly filled container and reject it.

Camera systems can also be used at the labeler or anywhere else along the line to inspect the current image to a pre-set refrence image of a good product product or component. If the specified criteria of the two images do not match a reject station can be employed.
