MPS MC2-B

The MC2-B is a fully-automatic dual lane vibratory counting machine. It provides accurate counts into conveyor fed bottles. Bottles index through the system using down stream gating cylinders. Bottle sensors communicate with the machine to stop production if there is a back-up on line, and to fill containers when proper conditions are met. The MC2-B accepts a large range of product sizes and shapes. This compact machine can run at speeds of up to 12 bottles per minute with accurate counts.
