Rejection Station

A rejection station can be placed anywhere along the line to reject containers for any number of reasons. A reject station consists of a reject tray where containers are captured. An air-knife pushes containers off the moving conveyor on to the reject tray. This system is capable of blowing off containers that are up to 3lbs in weight. A pusher can be installed for heavier containers.
